Key Responsabilities
Business Transformation:
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives to optimize business performance. ( Gamma )
Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
Monitor and report on transformation KPIs and ROI
Strategic Planning:
Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy in alignment with business objectives
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Identify growth opportunities, including M&A, and new business models
Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and performance goals
Stakeholder Engagement:
Take a leading role in preparing all strategy papers, presentations and investment proposals towards executive management, board of directors
Collaborate closely with business unit heads to align on priorities
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on matters related to growth and innovation
Communicate complex strategic ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications & Experience:
M.Sc. in Economics or Engineering
Experience ( +4 years) in corporate strategy, business transformation preferably from Top Tier management consulting
Experience from leading complex projects across multiple functions
Strong understanding of business models, digital transformation, and organizational design
Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
