About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in training organizations to achieve remarkable results while challenging the industry. As Strategy & Value Creation Director (Leadership), you will drive the realization of the company´s vision of leadership as a common leadership framework across the entire group. The leadership program is a top priority within the company strategy, and you will collaborate closely with the management team to design the program's long-term agenda. The role involves spreading best practices through leadership training and coaching, as well as developing management teams.


To create sustainable organizational development that is driven by managers and teams themselves, the development of our teams is an important part of our performance management processes. Successful integration and value creation will be crucial, leveraging both your business acumen and leadership skills to deliver tangible business results.


This role requires strong interpersonal skills and offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing organization. In this role, you will report to the Group COO’s organization and you will travel to meet our company's onsite teams in various markets.

  • Proven background in leadership, team development, and change management, bringing experience in leading organizational transformation from your area of expertise.

  • Experience as a management consultant or a background in a similar environment where you have led global strategic initiatives.

  • Extensive experience working in complex organizations, from which you have gained senior stakeholder management skills.

  • Direct leadership experience in leading complex and cross-functional projects within digital transformation is beneficial.

  • Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.

  • Advanced user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Fluent in English


The role is based in Stockholm

Travelling within Europe 2 times/months and US 2 times/year.
